Sweet little freebie Hatchet..pics

My dad is retired but hauls scrap for his buddy part time..He found this little hatchet in the scrap and gave it to me..The head is only about 4 5/8" long with a 2 3/4" cutting edge..Only markings on it are the word "Sweden"..The handle has to go but a nice small hatchet all the same..

Neat little hatchet. And I like your home made hardy bending fork, too. And from the size of the face that anvil must be at least a 200 pounder - maybe 300. Thanks for the pics.

WOW! That's pretty lucky and the condition looks great. If it's made in sweden it's good steel.
