Sweet Santoku

For $80, this Takamura Santoku has been really fun and a fine performer for my tastes - light, fast, and really glides through produce and animal proteins, right out of the box. Chromax steel - semi-stainless and simple pakka wood scales, with a 2/3's length tang. Works well in my often confined kitchen space, too.
