Sweet Simple Camp Knife

Here's my latest I thought I'd share. The blade is 8" long of 5160 steel with brass and micarta handle. Thanks for looking.

Another nice piece from you Ray! Looks like a larger version of my Explorer. That brass ferrule is a nice touch...
 
Sweet is for girls, simple is very, very good, and that looks like an outstanding design for a camp knife. Good job! :thumbup:
 
Thanks for the comments guys. Andrew, the thickness is 1/4" at the ricasso and tapers to the tip.
 
That is the most difficult knife to make ! A plain piece will show every inperfection because it has not cover of file work engraving or inlays to take your eyes away from errors. Nice job.
