If mrn8 ever goes orange I recommend contacting him immediately for a set of these! I believe he hasn't been making them for very long but you would not have known by the quality of what I received! Besides being awesome at making liners he is a stand up guy. Thanks again bud, and I'll let you know when to start checking your mailbox ;)

They are just thick enough for the straps on the sheath to still close but that little bit of thickness they add practically makes my 16 feel like a new knife!! The handle went from just a TINY bit too small for me to really love to PERFECT. With the other little tweaks I have made this now feels like a perfect set up for me, I might buy some factory micarta when it comes out but I really am happy with the zytel and how it feels and performs now. You'll notice it is also stripped, the flats are patina'd, I put in SS hardware (another plus is that I can now use my leatherman juice that rides in the pouch to take off the scales, no more allen wrench!), and I also dyed the sheath with dark green RIT dye.

In my tweener pouch is a (matching orange) LM Juice S2 and a ferro rod with no handle so it fits better:

Here is where I keep the ferro rod scraper:

Excellent, glad you got them before the weekend!

These ones were made from .030" G10.

Me too! I have to work all weekend but knowing that these sweet liners are on my knife that I'll be keeping in my car for 'emergency/showing off' purposes will keep a smile on my face! Already planning a day hike soon to put this thing through some proper tasks, up to now it's only done minor backyard bush crafting but with these liners I feel ready for the woods. Thanks again man!

Those came out awesome... I've got a BK16 in the shop right now that has black liners and the extra thickness made the handle much more comfortable for me. I'm definitely going to need a set of those and the orange is purrfect:p

Very cool. I like liners. I think they really add to the overall look of a knife

Very nice. Do you need new hardware with those or do the stock screws work okay? I need a set of those.

These make it necessary to use 5/8" screws.

Oh, and I just went orange....so, if anyone wants some, hit me up. I've got limited materials on hand, but plan to have a good supply next week. I can also bundle them with black or stainless screws for anyone looking for a complete package.

Pm or email works equally well. Tweener liners will be $10.

Are these thick enough to mess with the fit of a kydex sheath?

I would think maybe. But maybe not. Depends on how tight the original retention is.
You can always heat up the kydex (slowly! slowly!) with a hair dryer and tweak the handle retention.

Oh man, this forum is killing me, makes me want to spend money, :D They look great. Something else to put on my list LoL
