I received AB LE #15 with liposuction yesterday. This thing is sweet!
Ever since handling the BA 3, I have wondered what it would be like without the extra metal and guard hole at the rear of the handle.
So I ordered an AB LE with this modification. The result is even better than what I had hoped for. The handling and balance is outstanding! The Nucarta to metal fit is perfect. I am a longtime fan of drop-point hunters, and this is better than any one I have ever owned. (Picking it up is akin to holding a fine fly rod. You fishermen will know what I mean.)

When I opened the package, Kimberly's eyes lit up and she typed, "Where's mine?" I told her that she was not going to con me out of this one, and that she could inherit it someday.

Congrats, it sounds like a fine knife. It also sounds like Kim is doing better all the time. This makes me very happy.

. . . Hmmmmmm. . . . Nice try at standing up to your daughter there Mike. I take it then that you'll be sending that one back in to have Kimberly's name etched in it? ;) :D

I don't have the equipment to post a picture. My son is on a vacation trip this week, but when he gets back in town maybe he can help his technologically-challenged old man.
