Swift 3 Pocket Clip

Just bought a Cold Steel Swift 3 - nice knife, but...

I always remove the pocket clip and I carry my knives deep in my pocket. Never had a problem - until now. It appears the clip is reversible but not removable. I called Cold Steel and they were of zero help.

Has anyone removed their pocket clip?

Thanks!

but not removable
I don't have this knife .

What do you mean ? Most have torx screws . Some heat might help loosen them up .

Tip of a hot soldering iron placed right on the head of the screw , for example .

I never tried but I'd guess that rear fastener is used to exchange sides.....maybe the clip itself is all the fastener connects to so if you take it off it can't be reattached....maybe its also used to hold the rear of the knife together also......im guessing though. never tried. I wouldn't think this is the case, but dont know without taking one apart though.

op have you tired this rear fastener and can you give us pics to understand how it's setup? thanks...
