Once again one of my friends tried to open a beer with the cho (and failed). I need to make a bottle opener that can temporarily replace the korda or chakma.

Do you mean change the cho, or integrate a churchkey into the back of the korda / chakma?
It's kind of a dangerous road to go down - after a bottle opener, we may accidentally add a corkscrew, magnifying glass, compass, sundial, scissors, nail file, etc.
