Found nothing on the internet, which doesn't mean it's not there. And there are books I don't own:

Michael Young's The Swiss Army Knife Owner's Manual: History, Models, Makers, Uses
Looking at 1960s Victorinox catalogs online, I saw a Secretary (called Handy Boy), a Waiter, an 84 mm Tinker, an 84 mm Fieldmaster (called Craftsman), and in those days I recall carrying a Recruit.
