in an episode of the food network show Good Eats titled down and out in paradise the host Alton Brown uses a swiss army knife and i was just wondering if anybody here saw the episode and could identify which model of Swiss Army that he used.

all i know about it is it was a Victorinox SAK and that it had no tools on the back of the knife and that the handles were sapphire blue

i have seen the episode several times and have tried to id it but i am unable to do so.

Any help from my fellow forum members would be appreciated.

It had two back layer tools, corkscrew and a reamer/awl which he used to open a coconut after blasting it out of the husk with a hand grenade! (I've been in the same situation and was lucky to find a rusted, battered machete someone had discarded.) Good episode, I'll go back to it for the recipes.
