Looks like a Victorinox 'Troubleshooter' (if the tool layer inbetween the scissors and knife is a metal file/saw)

Edited to add that it's more likely the 'Craftsman' as I have just picked up the extra layer and wood saw.

I believe that would be "the dolphin" screwdriver. It's a small flat head screwdriver with an oddly shaped shaft that people say reminds them of a dolphin.

Looks like it’s form the ‘90s looking at the pliers, hook and key ring lug.
if you show me both sides of the pliers and the main blade tang stamps, I can provide a narrower date range and maybe down to the year it was produced.

And yes, it is a Craftsman model.
