What is the difference between wenger and victornox

The general consensus seems to be that Victorinox branded products are slightly better in terms of materials, quality, fit, and finish.

I haven't owned a Wenger since long before Victorinox bought Wenger, but I think Victorinox is phasing out the Wenger branded SAKs, and there are only a few models left.
