I just stumbled upon this section of Bladeforums...took me long enough to find it I guess.

I looked around and also at the swissbianco site but am still a little unsure, does swissbianco make custom to order knives, or just their own custom batches to sell?

Is it just me, or do some of you find the Swiss Army offerings just miss the mark by either giving you a screwdriver when you want a corkscrew, or taking away your tweezers or etc, etc.

hello,

glad you found us here, the problem is the time involved, im currently still superbusy to set up my life in usa and i cant work on single pcs sak unless its a proto or test for myself.

one may think to take out the corkscrew and put in a philips isent that a deal but for do it correct you basically have to disassemble the complete sak and reassemble using the desired parts. it needs the parts, tool and skillset (with i thankfully have) but not the time to do that anymore, at least for now, i hope you understand.

thanks!

I like some of what you do very much. I think you have likely made what I want to find already, hopefully they will be available again.

Looking at your site I see in newsletter issue 2007, vol 3. the "stayglow plainedge one hand trecker"
From 2007 vol 2.5. & 2011 vol 2 The "90 armee camo OHT"

And under showcase of folding knives, picture 10 seems to be the stayglow handled trecker with a pocket clip.

This is basically what I want. A one hand trecker, w/corkscrew. I'd love the pocket clip as well. And as long as the handles keep the tweezers and toothpick any color would work. Classic red or black my first choice. I could go with either plain edge or the serrated versions.

You would think that a one hand trecker w/corkcscrew would be a standard model from victorinox, and not need to go up in thickness with the Fireman.

Anyway, I will be keeping my eyes open for your future offerings.
