I would like to buy the Swiss Card to always carry in my wallet. Can you give me some info / comments please? Is the knife blade sharp out of the box?

The blade is sharp enough for small cutting duties, like slicing open a package, etc. I like the Swiss Card, but mine has cracked from regular carry in my wallet, which I keep in my back pants pocket and sit on when I drive, etc.

Yep! The blades plenty sharp enough. I carry mine in my THE Wallet, and its a cracked one, too. The little rotating clip that grants access to the scissors has broken at its pivot so I hold mine together with a ranger band.
Very useful bit of kit, and inoffensive to the sheeple.
I carry a 2nd one (Quattro without the scissors!) in my mobile phone holster, too.

I like the swiss card, but IHO an utilikey is better if you are going to use it for cutting/screwdriver/bottleopener. The swiss card makes the walled kind of unconfortable because of its thickness. The utilikey fits in keychain.

The utilikey is available from many of the site sponsors including Negraham Knives.

Also a mini champ for the keychain would be an excellent option.

I carry the Utilikey on my keychain, too. great piece of kit. I often have either a LM Micra or SAK Classic on keys too.
Cant say I notice the thickness of the Swisscard in my wallet, but my wallets thick anyway (though rarely has money in it!)
