Swiss Tool for $39.95!

Our local sam's club has the swisstool RS for $39.95. As I understand it, the RS has a seat belt cutter and scissors instead of an serrated blade and file. Any thoughts on this? Is it a good deal?
 
I picked one up yesterday at Sam's :). I don't really like serrated edges, but the blunt tipped, serrated hawkbill on the RS does have some merits. I've never really had much use for a file in day to day use anyway. This tool feels much more solid than any of the Leatherman and Gerber tools I've handled. At $39.95, it's a hell of a deal.

Thanx. The more I read about this, the more it sounds like a good deal. some folks think it's too big for EDC, but at this price, it sounds like it'll make a fine addition to my collection. (Maybe for the car, travel bag, etc.)
