swisss sabre set

Here is a swiss sabre set I commissioned from arms and armour of Minneapolis; I though you all would appreciate them. I sent them the specs and some sketches and they really reproduced them quite well.

-gaboon ebony handles with brass pins
-mild steel fittings with vine file work and scent stopper pommels
-3/16” thick steel with plenty of distal taper

I am always impressed with their work, top notch as always.

I love simple chopper swords like this. These are the best I have seen.

I'm glad you like them, but I wouldn't call them simple choppers.

Thanks Jos. No scabbards yet; I'm working on those myself. Poplar covered leather is the plan.
