Hi all,

Last saturday, I finally bought a swistech pliers, and I am really happy with it. Besides my new keychain tool, I have a blue ladybug, LM micra, mini Fox 40, photon II (turquoise), LM Minitool, spycapsule, benchmade 824 plain edge and spyderco delica.

I was just wondering what do you think about the swisstech pliers?

love them little tools. the swiss tech is very sturdy and heavy. if u like those, check out the sebertech M4. locking tools. handy little thing. I also bought the LM squirt P4. That's my new mini plier tool.

I love my MicroPlus, but I have difficulty working the pliers. I usually have to use both hands. I wish it had the compound leverage the SOG CrossGrip offers.

I agree with you that the swisstech is a sturdy little tool, but it is difficult working the pliers, specially the handles, because they move.Besides that I think is going to be one of my EDC item.

Does any of you know what kind of steel they use?

I like Swiss-Tech Tools because they are compact, tough and have a lifetime warranty. They are also cheaper than Sebertech mini multi-tools. The Micro-Tech and the Micro-Plus are the Swiss-Tech mini multi-tools that have pliers. The Micro-Plus has mini phillips and flat-head screw drivers.

I EDC the Swisstech Micro Plus on my key ring.
Gets regular use (especially the tiny screwdrivers)

haven't tried sebertech or SOG, but I'm not driven to ... which for a gadget nut must say something.

I'd recommend it...

I dig the Leatherman Squit P4 I picked up at Wally World for $12. The small pliers are very nice. Solid little tool.

Hi,

I just ordered 6 ScrewZall's from A.G. Russel last week, they had them for $5 a piece when you bought 2 or more.
My buddy in the USA just send me an email that they arrived, it took less then 6 days for regular (cheapest) shipping.

It looks like they make a dandy key-chain attachment, the only possible drawback could be the "to-easy" to open quick release key holder.
I just wish I knew where to get the "Swiss key-tool" for such a low price.

Best Scouting wishes from Holland,

Bagheera
