Switch Rebar file with Fuse scissors?

The Rebar is the best (imho) multitool from Leatherman yet. But it lacks of scissors. Does anybody know if it´s possible to switch the File (never use the file in a MT) and the pocket ring with the scissors from the Fuse (or Charge)? Would it work?

What kind of tool opens the weird looking screws on the Rebar??? Where can I get one?
