Switching blades?

I was just curious if anybody has ever switched blades from different Emerson models, or if it was even possible. Specificly I'd like to see the blade from a type B CQC-7 in the handle of a Mini-Commander. I realize SOCFK-B fits this configuration, but it's not quite what I'm looking for. Any ideas?

the mini commander handle (or commander) and the SOCFK handle are totally different, the SOCFK handles are like the spec war which is discontinued now IIRC, and the commander handles look like a CQC8 handle.

i have heard of swapping blades but IIRC all models wont work right, ie the spec war and SOCFK will swap, and i have heard that the CQC7 will swap into a kerambit, i dont think a '7 will go into a commander handle, but i could be wrong.

of course i mean swap with little/no work, with enough work/$$ anything will fit on anything.
