Switching UKPK blades

I was wondering if it is possible to switch a blades from UKPK's (FRN handle). I want to swap the blade from a serrated UKPK with the leaf shape UKPK. Can this be done at home with regular tools?

I'd say blade swaps between 2 different FRN UKPK's should work. It would probably be best to swap blade and mainspring as a unit.
