Sword blank milling

Anyone know of person/company that would contract out the milling of a sword blank? I contacted Albion and they do not offer contract milling of their blanks. Material would be supplied for the job.

I don't know if Angus Trim is still around, but he made all his swords by milling. Might be worth a shot at tracking him down.

Nathan "The Machinist" Carothers might be worth contacting as well. Don't think I've ever seen a sword by him, but he certainly seems like a master at machining blades.

Gus has been catching up on orders for years.

Cheers

GC

Albion subcontracts their sword blanks.

You do know albion already sells a variety of milled and heat treated swords blanks? They are european style but also have a sabre. See the bare blades link on their home page.

Albion does sell blanks but only with their own material. I have material and just need the machining. That is what they would not do. Thanks for the initial leads, I will pursue them.

How many do you want to do?

I second this question, I've been looking for someone who can make a sword I've designed. Its too simple and workhorse for respectable swordsmiths, and not outrageous enough for MichaelCthulu
