Sword Heat Treatment???

I have a sword I ground out of 1/4 oversized 5160, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for heat treatment options on a peice of this size range. I beleive the blade is 38 inches overall, ground extremely even and single edged, I would want a full quench, no clay or anything and a simple draw on the temper...

Any ideas? This is NOT something i want to try to tackle myself after my last sword quenching experiment!!
