Hello everyone!

First of all, I know I should probably try on a sword-dedicated forum, but the guys at SBG forums couldn't help me much. So here I am, trying to ID this sword.
I ask for your help, any information about brand, type of sword etc. would be very appreciated. I only have this pic!

Thank you!

If first link doesn't work:

Thanks guys

IIRC, it was a custom made by ?????

Do you have it in hand, or are you just wondering what type of sword it is (it is a modern effort, nothing from history). Best described as a cutlass or dao or something. The piece looks very familiar and the person that had it made wanted it that way.

Cheers

GC

Thanks a lot, really you're so nice! I've been months trying to find out.
Any idea on the cost or price range of a similar piece from the maker?

Thank you again!

Cost and price are not for forum discussion....especially by a registered user...... read the forum rules.

WHAT IS MY KNIFE / GADGET / SPATULA / TUNING FORK WORTH ?!?!?!?!

In order to curtail potential abuse of membership privileges associated with the forums, questions regarding valuation of knives and collections are limited to those with a membership level which permits selling on this site. Accordingly, registered and basic members may not start or post in threads with such requests whether with the intent to sell or for informational purposes only. This rule applies throughout the site.

In other words, without a paid Gold membership, you don't get to ask about sale values. Too many people abused this question to hint they had a knife for sale, which you need that membership for.

Sorry, guys. I got overexcited.

I'm really thankful for your replies. And again, I'm sorry. It won't happen again!
Thanks!

If you're looking to have a piece made, best thing to do is to contact the maker and have a chat with him.

In the meantime, get yourself a supporting membership! This site is one of the few where I really feel that it's worth it. Hopefully you'll feel the same.
