sword ideas

Looking for ideas on a new sword I plan to build. I will be using the new chainsaw Damascus I have been developing. I am wide open as to size, shape and style so please make your suggestions.

This is the Damascus I will be using.

A broadsword would show off the pattern nicely.

But japanese is "In"(last samuri, kill bill) and Viking is still somewhat hip.

Nice pattern, looks very 3dimensional.

Anything would be nice, how about a mild steel axehead or heavy spear head with that laid into the edges (i.e.forge welded on?) I'd love to do the final etch on that!

Oh, a langseax might be nice, say, 20 inches.

Thanks for the kind words, it dose have a lot of depth. A lot of hours have been spent developing this pattern.

I don't suppose you'd be willing to part with a piece about 1inch by 2inches, 2-6mm in thickness?

I do a lot of fileworking, and I'd love to make a Thorshammar pendant out of that (stock removal) then filework it, then etch it.

Also looking for a 2"x3" by 1/4 or 1/8th inch for a tanto tsuba blank.

Sounds good. I'll get some cash together. Might be a bit cost-prohibitive for me now to order the 2x3 as a tsuba , but I can afford the 35 bux fer the 1x2 incher.
