Hi friends. Wanted to show of a custom sword I completed this week. Worked hard on this one. Hope you like it.

Shop Details:
5160 Spring Steel is cut out and Normalized @ 1500 degrees until non magnetic, three times, to remove stresses and align crystals. Heat Hardened until blade became nonmagnetic, then quenched in 125 degree quality oil. Tempered the blade to a straw hardness @ 425 degrees for 1 hour, letting it air cool and repeating once more.
Measurements:
Total Length = 30“
Blade Length = 19 ½ “
Blade Width = 2 3/8 “
Blade Thickness = 3/16 “
Handle Length = 10 ½ ”
Handle Width = 1 1/8 “
Handle: Leather Wrapped
Weight = 4 lb 5oz
Leather Sheath is Hand Stitched and Stained. Covered with Genuine Fur & Leather Strapping. Leather loops down the spine of the sheath, to run a strap through, for a snug fit against your back.
