The SYKCO 1111 is ine if the coolest busse family blades ever prodoced.
The inly problem is that it isn't INFI.
This is definitely a rat that I would see transformed in a hog

11inch blade 0.25 thich with resc makes the perfect compact machete

Offhand, I'd say there's subtle differences...isn't the SYKCO, more of a Saber grind-- and maybe the blade stock is taller and a few thou. wider...sold my 1111 & 1311 so can't mic. em up and compare any more.

The 1111 outperformed my Basic11. It felt better when chopping and never hurts my hand with vibration.

I missed not having a choil at first but got used to it.

If they're ever made in INFI I'll be getting at least two.

Well, I cant imagine it being hard to make as the pattern is in the pc

The 1111 has a wider blade than the b11
With the saber grind and the extra mass it's an awesome chopper
I just prefer infi

I used a 1311 which was a decent chopper, however we were finding that it got bound up more often then not. I'm putting that down to the Sabre grind and thin blade stock...
My B11 on the other hand rarely binds and chops outstandingly. If they made a Full Flat Basic 13 in INFI, I think that would have to be the all time champ of chopping... Not sure what could beat that save for a Stihl Yard boss.

I say Buy a BB13 and give it a go.... then revisit this thread.

I would certainly be up for one if Busse made them, but I just think that it is so close to the B11 that there is no way Busse will do it. YEs, it may be a little wider and be sabre ground but that may not be enough.

Indeed you may be right but I still hope for some large infi with res c
I'm not to fond of recurve so skipped the bb13

Bring on the INFI 1111!

I also be down for an LE and BG B11 offer in Op2wks pt deux!!

It might look sonething like this:

Yes, it was a stock 1111 that someone had reground to full flat outside of the shop. I bought it like that off the exchange, but it's gone now.

An 1111fi would be more of a res-c battle mistress than a B11 which is way more machetesque from my experience with both. I much preferred the B11's FFG and lighter weight for repetitive chopping/clearing, but an 1111FI could be interesting. :)
