Sykes Fairbairn Commando Dagger

I am interested in purchasing one of these as a collector's piece. What is the difference between one made by J. Adams and one made by John Nowill & Sons? Is there a difference or are they one in the same? And what about the ones made by Wilkinson Sword? Are they worth the extra money?
