The "Sympathy CUDA" arrived today. WOW! I hereby nominate Phil Gibbs for "Grand Pubah".
The "Sympathy CUDA" is a full size, spearpoint plain-edged version that has the blade coated with Chromium Nitride and the hardware with Gold Titanium Nitride so the the salt from my tears will not corrode the ATS-34. I gotta tell ya, the tears are tears of sheer joy as this thing is a beauty. I don't know if the coating makes the action slicker or not, but let me tell you this baby is smooth. She's a "Hair Popper" in the sharpness department too.
I will carry this knife with a lot of pride, and I am truly overwhelmed by Phil & Camillus for doing this for me. Thanks again.
