Does anyone have a pic of the synergy they could email me? The pics on Speedtech's site are kind of fuzzy, with poor resolution. I'm especially interested in seeing a good pic of the swept tanto, but I'll enjoy looking at any and all pics! Thanks!

I would also like to see pics of the tanto. It is hard to tell what the tanto looks like on the site.

I'd like to see a good large picture of the CLIP on the Synergy; and a picture that compares the regular versus the "coarse" handle.

On the subject of the Synergy. Does anybody have more information detailing the difference between the normal and the slim? And does anyone find the size to be an inconvenience when carrying? Would the slim be "slimmer"?

I couldn't find it on "to the point". I am really interested in one of these, but would like to see the tanto before I decide which one.

Senator, thanks man, it's beautiful. I must have another one. That looks like the one for me, though maybe the tanto version. Dunno yet. Is it more "silvery" than the pic shows? I like the color in the pic, but not if it were actually more of a silver color. Thanks again.

In indoor lighting, it actually looks more purple. In natural light, it's a beautiful shade of blue. Mine's also got the satin finished blade, not the standard stonewashed finish.

And BTW, the difference between the Coarse and the Medium textured handles is that there is no coarse texture. They are not being produced, and neither is the textured thumstud. (I satin finished my thumbstuds for a super grip). The Slim version is just that, a little less in overall thickness, and no clip.

I am not a fan of tantos, but man I sure like the looks of that one. Even better than the sept point. I am definately getting one. The only question now is what color? I am tired of black. Maybe green or pewter.

Jailhack-FWIW, Jim emailed me Thursday and satated that all thumbstuds were now textured. However, you're right about the textured handle not being available. Neither is the ti handle. Question: Elishowitz (sp?) ground the first run of public offering blades. Jim told me that all of these are long gone, which brings up the question: who is grinding the blades on the current runs?

I believe current blades are machine ground.
