System won't let me submit member feedback following a trade.

Hi all, I hope this is the right place for this thread. All I want to do is submit a positive feedback score on a trade I made with a member on the forum, but after I complete the required fields and hit submit, nothing happens. It looks straight forward and easy, hopefully it's something simple but I can't figure it out. I just want the guy to get his deserved (+) in a timely fashion. Thanks.
