One beautiful little pocket knife. Exceptional fit and finish, with some very nice stag handle slabs. Talk about "walk and talk"!!:D  :)

After picking one up this weekend at a show, I have to agree. They ain't cheap, but they are very well done. Actually the whole series has been a refreshing offering from Case. My only complaint were the wire edges on the first series slimline trapper. These babies are very clean inside and out.

Could you guys give me a tip on where I might find these for sale on-line? AG has a couple of models but not this one.

Thanks

You may want to try ebay with a Case Bose search. Keep in mind the sowbellies that will show up are regular production and do not exhibit the qualities Art posted although the ones I have seen (sowbellies) are pretty nice.

The Case Bose series so far have all been made with ATS-34 steel blades. So far they have issued 1 pattern a year all in padded zipper pouches.

Check with Odom's Ace hardware in Spartanburg, S.C. They advertise as the biggest knife store in South Carolina, and they ain't lying! They have another one of these and will ship. Don't know the number off hand but information can get it for you. Great prices also.

I hope they are better than the first one a Trapper I believe, still see them around and they aren't much to talk about in my opinion.

Been using this one for the past couple of weeks and am very impressed with it. Fit of all parts and the finish of everything is top nptch. Durwood, don't know about the first model of which you speak, but any problems must have been worked out when they got to this pattern. Been using the pen blade mostly for letters, boxes, and the such. The biggest use though has been to sharpen pencils at school. Seems my pencil sharpner has gone on the blink in my classroom and I guess I've sharpened about 100 different pevcils over the past several days and the edge is still going strong.

This knife is a perfect fit and a perfect carry to go along with my large redwood burl Sebbie!
