T.J. Yancey Applegate / Fairbairn combat knife

Hello members - I am a new member to bladeforums and need to ask a question i own a T.J. Yancey - Applegate / Fairbairn combat knife serial number 212 with very light almost non existent scratch or two with an autographed kill or be killed signed by the Col and also autographed - basic manual of knife fighting by William Cassidy from paladin press once again signed by the Col all recieved - feb 1 1986 from Rex Applegate (the Man ) himself and am curious if any members might have an idea of the value of these items as a package or iindividualy real world estamites would be greatly appreciated not 24,000 i reciently saw on ebay . sorry but i have no pictures yet however pictures are possible but please let me know how i can have my post say t.j. yancey / applegate fairbairn combat knife instead of my name because that was what i was hoping for when i typed my post my name may not give me a great response to my post also understand the items are just as i stated and can you answer the questions i asked - thanks jimbo
