Thought I would share this picture. I recently did these two knives and think they turned out pretty well. These were a challenge, but sometimes it is fun to push the envelope! I look forward to your thoughts...

The straight part of the blade is hollow ground. It got thinned down and the grind was raised. Still plenty thick to be tough.

The front part got a zero grind convex.

The fun part was getting the grinds to blend evenly and sharpening the hook...

Here they are...

THANKS!

Those look seriously awesome. Well done! Now, how do they cut???

Your regrinds are awesome.
But, why would anyone do such a useless grind in the first place? The knives pictured would be so much more useful (and practical) with a conventional grind-but then, they wouldn't "look cool" would they?

Excellent work! Your skill amazes me. I'm still saving my pennies so I can send you some work...

That makes me want a tracker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice work Tom... as usual!

Bill, I am not really sure. I would personally rather have a conventional grind/knife. Variety is the spice of life I guess...
