Where can one obtain the TRE in Ti but with blade profile/design of G10 versions (ie flipper only option) and in K390 blade steel. I have seen such knives but cannot find them on offer anywhere.

That knife is called the "Molletta Edition" and very few were made. I've seen a couple listed in the for sale forum over the past few months, keep an eye out and you might eventually see one. They are not exactly cheap though as you can imagine. But worth it, I was able to get one a little while back. It's an awesome knife.
