If someone had told me, there is a place where people who never met are so considerate and generous, it's not uncommon for them to send gifts to one another, I would never have believed it... until I found the porch.

Two weeks ago I posted a pic of some GEC 15s and Alan (joeradza) had the brilliant idea of making it into a clock. I wasn't sure the picture was good enough and no clue how to make it into a clock. Alan, could see the potential and simple got it done. As you can see below it turned out great! It's really sweet having a group pic of a favorite knife hanging in my den to look at several times a day... (plus no hosting site can ever take it away :)) but it didn't end there.

Alan, being a fine upstanding member of this forum knows the rules and even included actual knife content in the package he sent. :) Along with the personalized clock came one of Case's best, a large stockman covered in 6.5 bone stag! A cover I've wanted for quite awhile and it is simply beautiful. Even my wife (who is not into knives) surprisingly said, "It sure has some pretty bone." The only problem with having such a gorgeous Case knife is it's got me looking at other Cases with 6.5 bone stag. ;)

This is cool. For a moment or two I thought the clock actually had the knives in it and I wondered how you were going to carry them - lol!

That turned out fantastic! Alan is a treasure for many reasons, and this is certainly one of them. Congrats on an awesome clock and knife!

You're making me blush James. It looks even better on your wall. It was my pleasure to be able to add my photo skills to this wonderful place. As far as the Case large stockman is concerned, if it was a one blade clip point it would be the best camping knife around. As is, it's just too large for a suburban life style. Enjoy it in good health my friend.

Oh, this is outstanding! Well done, guys. The clock looks fantastic and that Case is no slouch either. There is a reason this is one of the best places to hang out on the internet and this is an admirable example.

Wow! That is so cool! I really like the idea. And the set of knives was perfect for the image. A really great gift.
