Just picked up one, in the "stonewashed" finish and all I can say is amazing knife. I can't wait to use it. The ergonomics on it, look, and sheath are all superb. Great knife for the money from what I can tell.

Lionsteel T5 does some work with an ESEE Kitchen Knife (discontinued, some of the best kitchen knives I ever bought sure wish they were still available) on turning a tenderloin into some small medallions.

The point and blade profile did a FANTASTIC job removing silver skin and I lost almost none of the actual meat doing so due to the sharpness. Cleaned up easy afterwards and even with venison juices on my hand the grip was firm.
