I do.
I use it for slip joints, stainless and carbon steel. I like it a lot. I talked with another couple of makers that use them too.
Some random thoughts on it: There is no safety feature when the door is open. The coils are live. It heats up fast and cools fast as soon as the coils are off, so I don't turn the coils off when taking items out of the oven. There is a burn in procedure that does create some smoke.
I experienced an issue where it wasn't holding target temperature after a few months. It was swinging above and below. It took awhile, but I found the manual for the PID controller and went through a calibration routine, then it worked great again.
The PID controller is simple, but there is some functionality I haven't unlocked. You can enter in many schedules and then you can tell it what line to start from. Ideally, I want to enter all my steel's austenizing and temper schedules (for springs and blades). But the reality is I enter them manually each time so far.
I got mine used off facebook marketplace but it looked brand new unused. When I was having issues with my controller calibration, I did email the company. It did them them some time, but they did eventually reply. I didn't try calling, so don't know if I could have gotten live with someone on the phone.
If you want the PID controller manual I found, let me know or have any other questions, let me know.
