Tac Tool

I used my Tac Tool several weeks back to dismantle/bust up an old custom made wood bed platform my folks had. I got in there and was prying the daylights out of it...worked beautifully! I only with the tang extended beyond the scales a la BK7 and BK9 so one could hammer the point of the Tac Tool in. I think its definitely worth the money. Great steel, heavy knife with excellent craftsmanship and a great sheath.

It's a great sharpened prybar. It really does a number on wooden crates, and like Dexter said, you can beat on the end to hammer the point in. I like the sharpened flat tip because you can wedge it into cracks that normal prybar tips won't fit in. The straight edges make it easy to sharpen as well. Don't expect it to slice or dice, though; chopping and prying are what it's made for. Superb kydex sheath, too.

I use mine mostly in the garage and backyard, but I keep it in my bedroom as an emergency tool. Try a search for it and you'll find a few reviews in this forum alone.
