Tachyon kydex rig?

The prototypes should be here this week. I will take pics. After I aprove the design we will start shipping.

Those who ordered but did not get one with their Tachyon will get theirs first and at no additional shipping charge.
 
Good news! I hope they can ship over the Pacific Ocean at no additional cost. My Tachyon has been my EDC from the day one. Means, I've had to pick up my belt from floor each time in bathroom.

Kydex rig will help me enjoy the most pleasant time even better.
 
Got a note from Mike, in writing, saying the Kydex sheath should be ready in about 45 days....

Sorry Mike, you know there was no way I could keep that a secret.

Yes he can. And I when I get my act together, I'll send him one for him to fit. But these are the ones that are suppose to come from MT, and I have already paid for it.

Yeah Tony, what's the hold up? I figured between you and Mike T. you guys had ALL the 'extra' Tachyons!:eek:

Let me know when Clay gets done with yours so that I can get one without sending him my knife............:p ;)
 
No need to wait much longer. Clay is making them and they should be ready before to long.

I am finalizing the design this weekend and with a few minor tweaks we are a GO :D

Mike: In any language, that's the best of both worlds. A Baliextreme by master Clay for the Tachyon.... I like. :)
 
Got the kids this weekend so I will try and get them tomorrow. Clay did a KICKASS Job!

I will show you how to do each of the modifications in a step by step picture gallery when the regular production sheaths come in.

Hey Dudley, they're done. Got them two days after I ordered them, but just didn't have time to open the box (I hate it when that happens). I ordered these two, because I'll be getting the Deluxe Horizontal Belt as the one from Mike when they become available. And since they're being made by Clay, I have no worries.... :D

The IWB works like a charm. The BM/MT Combo unit is a beaut. I'll post a more definitive review, but everything GTASteel said about his applies to this one. Read it here:

Those are really nice sheaths for really nice knives. Excellent job Clay and excellent purchase Tony.

I know this is a little off topic, but has anyone else had the problem of these kydex sheaths scratching their BM42's or whatnot? I have small scratches on my BM from inserting and removing the knife. Just thought I'd ask.
