Tachyon Latch

Since it will be a long while before I actually get to see one of these (if ever), I was curious to know if someone could post some info about the latch design. Did MT do anything special? There were a lot of interesting ideas floating around previously and it's kind of hard to see from the pictures how the latch works, i.e. is it similar to the BM42?

The prototype is pretty much a standard latch for now. There will be changes so look for the announcement soon
