Taco Bearing install on slim midi

Morning all,
Needing some advice on installing taco bearings on a Medford slim midi. Do I have to use the spacing washers included with the taco bearings or just the bearings? I don't want to have to disassemble, reassemble and do it all over again if I don't have to.

I would recommend using the washers that are provided between the bearing and the handle. Ceramic is a tough material as I’m sure you are aware and maybe over time could wear into the titanium. I’ve used taco bearings a bunch in the past and while I can’t say for long term use how it turns out I can tell you that if the fella that made and sold the taco bearings included the washers I would/and do use them.
