I just today got a new tac bag by MSTactical Gear. The tactical hipster. Stupid name but the bag is good. It's the size of a big fanny pack has 11 pockets and various places to hang different equipment. A big plus was the biggest inner pocket was lined and waterproofed. I plan on using this as my new BOB as the wife was on me constantly about my ugly cammo FAG bag ( FAG is not a derogatory term but an acronym for fast action gun bag ). This one can be worn as a hip fanny pack but can also be carried by a strap Jack Bauer style. Twenty dollars was the going price. Only color I saw was black though.
On to my next question. I don't carry one in my BOB but in a larger pack out I always carry a flare gun but I notice that I never see anyone mention this when they talk about their packs. Anyone else here use or pack a flare gun?
