Are there any 'tactical' style (i.e. Strider or Emerson-ish) knives that feature Damascus blades?
An Emerson Commander or CQC-7 with Damascus blade and carbon fiber or mother-of-pearl handles...drool......

Hm...IMO those features contradict themselves...I guess you gotta go custom for this. Or buy an Emerson or Strider and have a custom maker make a damscus blade for it.

I don't think Strider does that, but EKI will actually build you one of their tactical models with a damascus blade - either stainless or carbon steel. I have a Commander on order with a stainless damascus blade, green G-10 scales, and gold anodized titanium liners. Should be an awesome folder when it happens.

Bud Nealy also makes tactical fixed blades with Daryl Meier damascus blades, with the tantos looking somewhat "Emersonish".

Tracersan, YES that is EXACTLY what I had in mind!

You might be a tactical gentleman if your knife cost more than all your suits...combined :D
