This is the 'Hardliner' Stinger

The Stingers are an art project of mine. Given that, I'm letting myself have a lot of fun with the builds. This knife is no exception. It's a wharncliffe knife with a hand rubbed satin finish blade and a Hardliner inlay. Everything on this knife is linear and parallel. The handle is built out of brown and black G10 and is rounded to fit the contours of the human hand as well as possible. The knife has a rounded and mirror polished spine for additional comfort. This knife is also ground incredibly thin. It measures in at under .010" behind the edge. The Stingers are not quite available for custom orders, but if you want a knife built to your specs, contact me at vanguardforgellc@gmail.com

Really like the design of this blade. Can a lanyard hole be added, and what choices do you offer in handle materials? Thanks Martin

I have another one of these wharncliffe Stingers that hasn't been finished yet. I could do steel tubing instead of pins which would allow for use with a lanyard. This model is only available in O-1 at 60 HRC, I have another model in Peter's Heat Treated AEB-L at 60 HRC that could be a wharncliffe as well. The options for handle materials are LVA carbon fiber, any G-10 or Micarta color, as well as any wood burl you want. Finishes, contouring, bolsters, and inlays are all available. If you're interested, email me at vanguardforgellc@gmail.com with specifics or a general inquiry and I'll send you a complete pricing scheme. My website vanguardforge.com is up and running with a number of knives available as well.
Thanks,
Mitchell Sheppard
