Tactical folder suggestions

Im thinking about getting a "tactical" folder mostly because i dont have one. Id like it to be assisted opening a max of 4 inches closed and under $100.

Im thinking of the CKRT Heiho, anything else i should look around for?
 
Sog aegis is around that size and assisted, kershaw has some very inexpensive one like the Tremor. spyderco Endura, benchmade Griptilian, and coldsteel voyager are all great non asisted options,
 
Maybe a Kershaw Talon 2 or an S30V Leek? Under 4" closed is a bit tricky, but if you go alightly above that h ou could get a ZT 0350 for around that price range.

I have a Cliphanger thats almost 4.5 inches and its really about as big as id like to go, so maybe i should say around 4 inches max.
 
emerson waved knife, such as a mini roadhouse, cqc15, etc, or a spyderco pkal.

better than any assisted open for a tactical use IMO.
 
For what your looking for you really couldn't go wrong with the ZT0350. I love mine and if you got one of Kershawguys factory blems you could pick one up for around $85 right now. I just picked up the ZT 0700 on sale for a little under $100 and it is a pretty cool knife too but is not an assisted opener.

The OP asked for assisted folders. Over half of the suggestions mentioned are regular knives. Lets stick to what the OP requested for now.

For around 100 bucks, you cant go wrong with the ZT0350. You get G-10, S30V, AO, DLC and a rock solid construction.

Mostly because ive never had one.

I know, i know but until very recently i had like 2 folders and a bunch of choppers, i hadnt really gotten into folders at all.
 
Benchmade Mini Barrage with a black blade.

Or the Warn version of the Mini Barrage with G10 scales and D2 Tanto blade.
