Tactical Hunter

I've always enjoyed the look of a thick spined knife.
Here's a tactical hunter I recently ground out of Aldo's 5/16" 1075.
Some specs:

OAL - 9 1/4" with 5" blade
Steel - 5/16" thick 1075. HT to ~58rc
Handle -Black linen micarta on a tapered tang
Grind - Hollow. 8" bottom, 4" top. Top grind has a false edge.

Even with the double grind and the tapered tang it's still quite a
substantial chunk of steel. Your comments are welcome.
