Nice! I was wondering when it would come out!!!

Since it's the July issue, it makes sense it would come out in March.:D

Looking forward to getting my copy. Who wrote the article?

They are typically three months ahead, so I thought the July issue wouldn't be out till April, the May issue came out in February. I am now looking even more forward to getting my copy, I am also curious who wrote it, and which model(s)

EDIT: I just saw which models in the op.

.

That knife is super nice and don't get me wrong, but do we really need another tactical knife?

Man your traditional knives are off the shelf already - Some of the Best in the Biz - I like that! Alot

Tim Stetzer wrote the article.

Its just my normal work Redbear, nothing extra tactical made special for the article. They actually just picked random knives off the table at last year's Blade Show.

Good News - I was starting to worry a little :D

Naa. Though, don't go ruling out Fiddleback Tacticals. I need money just like everyone else.

Got my issue today, although I haven't read it yet.

I think Tactical Knives has as many articles on bushcraft blades as they do "tactical" blades.

Great magazine.

Well a great knife is what it is - and it can also be what it needs to be

Fiddleback Ti frame lock with CPM 154 blade and carbon fiber front scale.:thumbup:

Anyone pick up an issue in the MD area? I am going to have to re up my subscription, it looks like they are going back to a lot of woods blades articles.

Since there's no newstand out here in the country, I too would like to get a single copy. Did a web search and only subscriptions seem to be available.

Any suggestions, other than buying a year's worth?

Thank you.

I've got it easier than you man. Got a few Barnes and Nobles and other booksellers, and newsstands that sell it. I know that Walmart sells Tactical Weapons, and other Harris publications, you might want to ask your manager about getting it. The Wegmans grocery chain has a few stores in MD, and started carrying Knives Illustrated because someone asked for it (not me, although it was neat to see it on the magazine shelf).

I've gotten quite a few back issues off of Amazon a few years back before I subscribed.

You might have to wait awhile for this issue though to pop up there.

I see old issues pop up in stacks at gun and knife shows. Pretty recent issues too, like only a couple months old.

Got an email from a friend, far, far away. He got a copy for me. Eventually, I will get it.

I am pleased. Just think of the collector value someday...like Early Babe Ruth memorabilia. :)
