Tactical Knives magazine still around?

Hopefully someone here will be able to shed some light on this. I tried to subscribe to TK in November of last year. I got e-mail notification that my subscription was entered and about a month later, the charge showed up on my card. Since then, I have not recieved any magazines, and all my e-mail inquiries to TK and Harris Magazines have gone unanswered.

Anyone know if they are still in business? If they ARE still in business, any suggestions on how to proceed? Should I contact New York's BBB or Attorney General's office? I'm pretty ticked off right now - a simple e-mail reply would have gone a long way to settle me down.

TIA for the information/suggestions/advice.

A quick check with New York's BBB gave me this information on Harris Publications (parent compay of Tactical Knives magazine and other outdoor/firearm related publications): "Based on our files, this firm has an unsatisfactory record." I guess I should have checked earlier.

I will however, follow through with Larry's advice (thanks!).

I don't know what to recommend about how you should proceed, but I am sure they are still around. The May issue just hit the news stands in Canada.

I would call Harris Publications at (888) 8knives, and tell them your problem over the phone, and have them verify your subscription, and date. They may refer you to (212)807 7100 as they did me. They told me about a month ago they were having computer problems, and quite a few did not receive their mags(myself included), and got mine in the mail shortly after.
I have found out with Tactical Knives you get better results with a phone call rather than a e-mail.

I know they're still around, they were soliciting subscriptions at the East Coast Custom Knife Show.

I'd keep trying, I'm sure it's a misunderstanding, I've had subcriptions with them for 2 years with no problems.

They are still around, as others have stated. I'm not sure about the subscription problems---I get mine at the newstand. I hope you get the probs. resolved.
