tactical suggestion for LEO?

ok question for all you tactical hawkers. which tactical hawk would you recomend for law enforcement/ SHTF ? would you prefer a spike or a hammer poll?what else should be taken into consideration? im just looking for opinions and discussion.
 
What type of situation or LE application do you see yourself using this in?

I'd just be concerned that any application for a tactical tomahawk in LE would be an appropriate application for a firearm, or even a back up firearm should your primary fail. Anything else just seems like a huge liability issue, never mind the PR/press response to seeing a cop brandishing one! (obviously said in jest..kind of.)
 
Scalping with a tomahawk has always been a tribal custom for us Blackfoot. (We don't do that much anymore after participating in the "Free Blanket" give away.) Yes scalp-em and then you can sink the spike into the back of their head, that way they won't squirm while one arrests the other guy that assisted him while steeling that candy bar.

SHTF ? Are you sure you'll still be a LEO if you haven't got a paycheck for a month or two?

A lot of guys did not show up to work after Katrina. Hey warman wasn't scalping done whit a knife?
 
i would want an estwing that is modified a la rmj tactical. I'm not sure if i would want the spike, but you'd get the full tang w/o spending an arm and a leg. Great looking hawk for a DIY.
