I used The SOG Mini Tsunami to prep some veggies for a salad. It worked pretty well. I love the handle on this thing! My daughter was prepping asparagus with a Bradford Gurdian3 (she doesn't know it yet but that will be her first fixed blade when summer comes).

Years ago, I used to use my Tsunami and Mini Pentagon in the kitchen. Wish I had a Mini Tsunami. . :thumbup:
