I recently got my hands on a Crawford made Kasper designed titanium neck knife. Its a single piece of ti measuring about 71/2 inches and its the sweetest hot weather sd blade I have ever handled. Its super light, due to ti and a skelotonized handle, and ergos are great thanks to Bob's sweet handle design. It feels great in hammer, saber and reverse edge out and it could be cord wrapped for additional thickness and grippiness. The handle is four inches which IMO is big enough to be comfy and facilitate fast and effective deploymnet. The blade is 3.5, extremely sharp with a great point and thinned back edge to aid in penetration. The sheath is set up for neck or IWB, it includes both a ball chain and a j hook, the hook can be mounted on either side of the sheath body. Retention is solid and secure but the draw is fast. This knife is really a fabulous balance for hot weather sd carry. According to Pat Crawfords site titanium's main drawback is its lack of edge holding but for a purely defensive blade this isn't a problem and the edge is does take is impressive.

If you live in a hot climate and want an effective and discreet fixed blade that is super light and won't rust this one is worth taking a hard look at.

i also have one of these and think it is wonderful it is the top one in the attached pic
